Ancient Science: Maharshi Sushrut (Father of Surgery and Medical Sciences)
-
Conclusion: Plastic surgery techniques, developed worldwide from the 20th century onwards, have seen significant advancements. In ancient India, Sushrut Samhita, dating back to 600 BCE, contains detailed surgical techniques, including rhinoplasty. The early concepts found in Sushrut Samhita offer a remarkable connection to modern plastic surgery practices, highlighting the enduring legacy of ancient medical knowledge in this field. Maharishi Sushrut's knowledge of medicine and surgery has guided the entire world, in the field of medical sciences .
